The Mission: A Strategic Hub for West Africa

In the heart of Accra, a movement of disciple-making is growing, led by men like Pastor Ben. But the vision doesn't stop at the city limits. Alongside Pastors Felix and Conrad, Ben is mobilizing a network of leaders from across several West African countries—men and women who are hungry for biblical training but often lack the resources to access it.

Our goal is simple but massive:

To host an intensive 5-day disciple-making conference. By focusing on Accra as a central hub, we can provide travel and lodging for leaders from surrounding regions, ensuring that the training we provide doesn't just stay in one church, but is carried back across borders to be multiplied in villages and cities throughout the region.

The Work: From the Classroom to the Streets

This isn't a vacation; it’s an intensive training ground. We will be operating two simultaneous tracks—one in English and one in French—to ensure every leader hears the Gospel and the "how-to" of disciple-making in their own heart language.

• Days 1–3: We dive deep. Six hours a day of classroom instruction and rigorous Q&A to sharpen these leaders and build a foundation of Biblical disciple-making.
• Day 4: We put the teaching into practice. After a morning of instruction, our team and the local leaders will head into the streets for evangelism, building Christ-centered relationships with the people of Accra.
• Day 5: We conclude with a final morning of teaching and a dedicated afternoon of community fellowship, cementing the bonds between our team and our West African brothers and sisters.
